I just paid $40 to the local Toyota dealer to change the oil in my 2009 Camry LE sports sedan.
No, that actually happened. I also got some recall stuff done and had them initiate the oil burning test to see if/why the thing is burning oil at a rate not unlike my old Acura Integra. Even if it's just a bad PCV (bought one for under $5), it wouldn't hurt to know.
Plus I pushed the maximum interval back 1000 miles since I was running a mostly synthetic blend.

There is nothing wrong with that :)
Especially if you're under warranty, if you have an extended warranty, CPO, etc. I mean, if you can afford a new car like that, there's a higher chance of you not having as much time to work on your car and stuff.
Besides, you could do far worse. Like Jiffy Lube.

Bro, it's grounded to the ground, bro. Like it's so grounded there are municipal building codes that suggest using a Toyota Camry as a source of grounding when wiring a house.

Well how about:

It's in a weird place. The warranty's expired on the time side but it's only done 40k since new. I've pretty much done 6k in last three months because my job's a 120 mile round trip so I'll be back once my 1200 miles are up.

I have to admit. I take my car to a local shop for oil changes. They can get 0-w20 cheaper than I can buy it. Taking my car to there is just as much at doing it myself.

Ooh yes, it certainly would. Manual gearboxes are dumb, like RWD. FWD is the future.
oh god please kill me.

Oh certainly! It's by far the best engine configuration for driving pleasure. Give me a four-speed auto with a four-pot engine and you've got the best setup there is!
